Thank you for taking the time to complete the NutriPacks registration form. Even if you are a previous participant, please fill out this form. A welcome letter with instructions will follow. Food distribution for the 2022-23 school year will began October 5, 2022.

Please note: If you have multiple children, you will need to complete this form multiple times - one for each child.

Panther Ram Foundation, formally known as The Foundation for the Central Dauphin School District, is a Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Your contribution is tax deductable and allows you to support a cause that directly benefits Central Dauphin School District children. Tax credit options for businesses are available upon request.
